Meadow and Campervan pitch
£15 per night, plus £6 per adult, £4 per child aged 3-15 years, per night.

 

Small Woodland pitch
£20 per night, plus £7 per adult, £5 per child aged 3-15 years, per night.

 

Maximum 6 persons per pitch
Children 2 years and under are free.

 

A tent pitch is for one tent.
An additional pup tent and gazebo or shelter
may be included free of charge.

FAQ

How much do extra persons cost?

Additional persons cost £6-7 per adult and £4-5 per child (aged 3-15 years) per night

Maximum 6 persons per pitch

Children 3 years old and under are free

6th person is free after fifth paying person

Can we bring our pets?

Sorry no pets allowed.

Are there any restrictions or charges for bringing a large tent?

Up to six persons may occupy a pitch.  There are no additional charges for bringing an awning or gazebo or using a large tent.

What should we expect with our pitch?

Prices include a picnic table with fixed benches and a raised fire bowl with a cooking grid for your own personal camp fire. 

What about toilets and showers?

In keeping with our ethos at Cilrath Fach Farm we strive to be environmentally friendly and sustainable. 

For every five pitches there are two compost toilets plus a mens’s urinal, hand basins with cold running water and a hot shower.  These are checked and serviced daily.

Soap, shampoo and washing up liquid are provided which are biodegradable so as to avoid polluting our land and our watercourses.  You are welcome to bring your own as long as it has 100% natural ingredients and is biodegradable.

Can you supply firewood?

Firewood is available to buy for £5 for a well filled sack.  Wood from the woodland must not be taken for burning or other uses.

How To Book

Please contact us by email or the on-line contact form or phone 01834 861106 to check the dates you require are available.  A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remainder to be paid four weeks before the arrival date.

Cancellations

No refunds are made less than four weeks before the booking.  Prior to this,  50% of what has been paid can be refunded. 

How To Pay

Our preferred means of payment are by online bank transfer or Paypal.  Payment details are included in our email which we send to you confirming the availability of the dates you require.
